What RestoreConnect USA Is — and Isn’t
RestoreConnect USA is a free referral service. We connect homeowners with independently owned and operated water damage restoration companies in their area. We do not perform restoration work ourselves, we are not a restoration contractor, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a restoration company we refer you to.
No Guarantee of Match or Outcome
We make reasonable efforts to match you with a vetted restoration partner serving your area, but we do not guarantee that a match will be available, that a partner will contact you within any particular timeframe, or that the work performed by any restoration partner will meet your expectations. Any quote, estimate, or work performed is solely between you and the restoration company you choose to work with.
Vetting of Restoration Partners
We review restoration partners for licensing and insurance before adding them to our network. This review does not constitute a warranty or guarantee of any partner’s work, pricing, or conduct. You are responsible for confirming any contractor’s credentials, insurance, and license status to your own satisfaction before authorizing work.
Your Responsibilities
When you submit a request, you agree to provide accurate and current information, including a working phone number and correct service address. Providing false or misleading information may prevent us from matching you with a restoration partner.
No Fee to Homeowners
Our referral service is free to homeowners. We are compensated by the restoration partners in our network, not by you. This does not affect the price you are quoted by a restoration partner.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RestoreConnect USA and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the Site, your interactions with any restoration partner, or the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any restoration work performed by a partner. The Site and referral service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Consent to Be Contacted
By submitting a request through the Site, you consent to be contacted by phone, text, or email — including by automated dialing or texting systems — by RestoreConnect USA and the restoration partner(s) you are matched with, regarding your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how we handle your information.
Intellectual Property
The content on this Site, including text, graphics, and logos, is owned by RestoreConnect USA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which RestoreConnect USA operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
